The plan you chose starts and nothing changes. If you cancelled during the trial, nothing is taken and your depot becomes view-only: nothing is deleted, and you can still open every pay sheet and download a full backup.
Drivers come and go, and peak season doubles the headcount. Routes are what your depot actually runs, so your bill stays the same when you take on peak drivers.
The first 10 depots get the full Depot plan for £49 a month (or £490 a year) instead of £79, for as long as their subscription carries on. It closes on 31 October or when the places are gone.
Yes, any time, from Plan & billing. Changes are charged or credited for the days left. If you cancel you keep using it until the end of the period you've paid for. No contract.
By card or Direct Debit, monthly or yearly. There's no VAT to add. Invoices are in your billing page.
